By accessing and using the Infoconsentido S.A. platform (hereinafter, 'Infoconsentido', 'the Platform', or 'we'), you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part, do not use our services.

Description of Services

Infoconsentido operates a real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between investors and real estate development projects in Argentina. Our services include:

• Presentation of investment opportunities in real estate projects
• Management of collective investments
• Tracking and reporting on project status
• Distribution of returns to participating investors

Requirements to Invest

To use our platform as an investor, you must:

• Be over 18 years of age
• Be an Argentine resident or foreigner with a valid CUIL/CUIT
• Complete the identity verification process (KYC)
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information
• Accept the specific terms of each investment

Investment Risks

Investing in real estate crowdlending carries risks that you should consider:

• Risk of total or partial loss of invested capital
• Risk of delays in project execution
• Illiquidity risk (difficulty recovering investment before term)
• Market risk and economic fluctuations in Argentina
• Risk of default by developers

User Obligations

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful information and keep it up to date
• Not use the platform for illicit or fraudulent activities
• Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with tax obligations arising from your investments

Infoconsentido's Obligations

We commit to:

• Conduct due diligence on projects presented on the platform
• Provide clear and transparent information about each investment opportunity
• Responsibly manage investment funds
• Keep investors informed about the status of their investments
• Comply with current regulations in Argentina

Fees and Costs

Infoconsentido may charge fees for its services, which will be clearly disclosed before each investment. Costs may include management fees, success fees, and other administrative expenses detailed in each project.

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Infoconsentido or its licensors and is protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Infoconsentido acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the success of investments. We will not be liable for losses arising from investment decisions, force majeure, or third-party breaches beyond our control.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be notified through the platform and will take effect 30 days after publication.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these terms or for regulatory reasons. In case of termination, your active investments will be managed according to the specific terms of each project.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum that may apply.
